This policy explains what information we collect when you use Three Old Coins or Tres Monedas, what we use it for and what you can do about it. The two sites are the same service in two languages, run by Groupoli SpA.
Information we collect
You give us your email when you create an account, the readings you save with your question if you wrote one, and whatever you write to us when you get in touch.
Using the site collects technical data such as the page you visit, your browser type and your IP address.
If you sign in with Google, Google gives us your email and your account identifier. If you buy a plan, the seller tells us your email and what you bought. We never receive your card details.
How we use it
To provide the service, which means keeping you signed in, saving and showing you your readings and sending you the sign-in code. To protect the site from abuse. To understand, with aggregate data, how the site is used and improve it. And to reply when you write to us.
If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the legal basis is our contract with you when it comes to providing the service, and our legitimate interest when it comes to protecting and improving it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
We share it only with providers that help us run the site, such as hosting, email delivery, sign-in and payments, and only for that purpose. We also disclose it when the law requires us to.
Cookies
We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Your account and your readings, for as long as the account exists. If you delete it, we erase its data within 30 days. The technical data we use against abuse is erased within a few days.
Security
We use encrypted connections and limit who can access the data. You sign in with a code or with Google, so we do not store passwords.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, download or delete your data, and to stop a particular use of it. Write to contact@threeoldcoins.com. Depending on where you live, you can also complain to your country's data protection authority.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in other countries. When data leaves the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we use the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
Changes and contact
