Refunds and cancellation

If you want your money back, ask within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
Subscription
Full refund of the first payment if you ask within 14 days. Renewals are not refunded, unless a subscription you meant to cancel renewed and you write to us within 14 days of that charge.
Founders
Full refund if you ask within 14 days of the purchase.
Packs and gifts
Full refund if you ask within 14 days of the purchase and no interpretation has been used. For a gift, the one who asks is the one who paid.
Cancelling
You can cancel the subscription whenever you like from your account. You are not charged again and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Your readings stay with you.
How to ask
Reply to the receipt you received by email or write to contact@threeoldcoins.com from your account's email. The money goes back to the same payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
